Kenny De Ketele, born on June fifth, nineteen eighty-five, is a distinguished Belgian former professional racing cyclist. His career spanned from two thousand seven to two thousand twenty-one, during which he dedicated his talents entirely to the UCI ProTeam Sport Vlaanderen–Baloise.
Throughout his illustrious career, De Ketele achieved remarkable success on the track, securing a total of eight medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships. Notably, he clinched a gold medal in the Madison event at the two thousand twelve championships, partnering with fellow cyclist Gijs Van Hoecke.
After retiring from competitive cycling, De Ketele transitioned into a new role as a directeur sportif with Sport Vlaanderen–Baloise, where he continues to contribute to the sport he loves.
