Kerbogha

Qiwam al-Dawla Kerbogha, known simply as Kerbogha or Karbughā, was a prominent Turkoman atabeg who ruled Mosul during the tumultuous period of the First Crusade. Born in the year one thousand one, he emerged as a formidable military leader, renowned for his strategic prowess and valor on the battlefield.
