Kevin Cramer, born on January twenty-first, nineteen sixty-one, is a prominent American politician currently serving as the junior United States senator for North Dakota, a position he has held since two thousand nineteen. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Cramer previously represented North Dakota's at-large congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from two thousand thirteen to two thousand nineteen.
Before his tenure in Congress, Cramer made significant contributions to North Dakota's political landscape. He chaired the North Dakota Republican Party from nineteen ninety-one to nineteen ninety-three and held the role of state Tourism Director from nineteen ninety-three to nineteen ninety-seven.
