Kieffer Moore

Kieffer Moore, born on August 8, 1992, is a professional footballer who currently plays as a striker for EFL Championship club Wrexham and the Wales national team. His journey in football began at Truro City in the Conference South, where he showcased his talent after developing through Torquay United's youth system and playing for Paignton Saints in the South Devon League.

In February 2013, Moore made a pivotal move to Dorchester Town, where he finished his first season with an impressive tally of twenty goals. This remarkable performance caught the eye of Yeovil Town, leading to his signing in July 2013. After more than fifty appearances for Yeovil, he had a brief stint with Norwegian club Viking before returning to England to play for Forest Green Rovers.

Moore's career continued to flourish with a loan spell at his hometown club, Torquay United, where he scored five goals in just four matches. His goal-scoring prowess attracted the attention of Championship club Ipswich Town, and he signed with them in January 2017. Before the 2017–18 season, he was loaned to Rotherham United, where he netted thirteen goals in twenty matches, leading to his recall by Ipswich and a subsequent transfer to Barnsley for an undisclosed fee.

Internationally, Moore was born in England but was eligible to represent Wales, Italy, and China through his ancestry. He made his senior debut for Wales in 2019 and was selected for the Welsh squad in the UEFA Euro 2020 finals, where he scored on his first appearance. His contributions were vital in helping Wales qualify for the FIFA World Cup in 2022, marking a significant achievement for the team since 1958.
