Kim Kyong-hui

Kim Kyong-hui, born on May thirtieth, nineteen forty-six, is a prominent North Korean politician and military officer. As the daughter of Kim Il Sung, the founding leader of North Korea, and the sister of the late Kim Jong Il, she holds a significant position within the country's political landscape. Currently, she serves as the Secretary for Organization of the Workers' Party of Korea, a role that underscores her influence in the ruling party.

Throughout her career, Kim Kyong-hui has been an integral part of Kim Jong Il's inner circle, known for her trusted advisory role. From nineteen eighty-eight to two thousand twelve, she directed the WPK Light Industry Department, contributing to the development of North Korea's industrial sector during a critical period.

In her personal life, Kim was married to Jang Song-thaek, a high-ranking official who was executed in December two thousand thirteen after being accused of treason and corruption.
