Kondō Isami

Kondō Isami, born on November ninth, eighteen thirty-four, was a prominent figure in the late Edo period of Japan. As a skilled swordsman and samurai, he dedicated his life to the martial arts, becoming the fourth generation master of the Tennen Rishin-ryū school.
