Konrad I of Masovia

Konrad I of Masovia, born around the year 1187, was a prominent figure in the Polish Piast dynasty. He ascended to the title of Duke of Masovia and Kuyavia in 1194, a position he held until his passing in 1247. His reign was marked by significant political developments and territorial governance.

In addition to his ducal responsibilities, Konrad I served as the High Duke of Poland during two critical periods: from 1229 to 1232 and again from 1241 to 1243. His leadership during these times was pivotal in shaping the political landscape of Poland.
