Kosei Shibasaki

Kosei Shibasaki, born on August 28, 1984, is a distinguished former Japanese footballer known for his impactful career in association football. Over the span of his career, he made more than five hundred appearances across various competitions, showcasing his talent as a midfielder with a remarkable scoring record of over fifty goals.

Shibasaki's professional journey included stints with several clubs, notably Tokyo Verdy, Kawasaki Frontale, and Tokushima Vortis. However, he is most recognized for his significant contributions to Sanfrecce Hiroshima, where he spent a decade. During his time with the club, he played a pivotal role in their triumphs, including winning the J1 League title in two thousand fifteen and the Japanese Super Cup in two thousand sixteen.
