Kris Bryant

Kristopher Lee Bryant, known affectionately as "KB," is a prominent American professional baseball player born on January 4, 1992. Currently, he showcases his talents as a third baseman, outfielder, and designated hitter for the Colorado Rockies in Major League Baseball (MLB). Before joining the Rockies, Bryant made significant contributions to the Chicago Cubs and the San Francisco Giants.

His journey in baseball began at the University of San Diego, where he played for the Toreros. During his college career, he earned All-American honors in both 2012 and 2013, and in 2013, he was the recipient of the prestigious Dick Howser Trophy and the Golden Spikes Award. The Chicago Cubs recognized his potential and selected him as the second overall pick in the 2013 MLB draft, where he quickly established himself as a top prospect, earning accolades such as the USA Today Minor League Player of the Year Award and the Baseball America Minor League Player of the Year Award in 2014.
