Kyle Beckerman

Kyle Beckerman, born on April 23, 1982, is a distinguished American former professional soccer player renowned for his role as a midfielder. Over the course of his illustrious career, he dedicated twenty-one seasons to Major League Soccer (MLS), showcasing his talent with teams such as the Miami Fusion from 2000 to 2001, the Colorado Rapids between 2002 and 2007, and Real Salt Lake from 2007 until his retirement in 2020.

Beckerman's most notable achievement came in 2009 when he captained Real Salt Lake to victory in the MLS Cup, solidifying his legacy in the league. His leadership on the field was complemented by his impressive skills, earning him fifty-eight caps with the United States national team, where he represented his country with pride.

In 2021, Beckerman transitioned from player to coach, taking the helm of the Utah Valley University men's soccer team, a Division I program located in Orem, Utah. This new chapter in his career reflects his deep commitment to the sport and his desire to nurture the next generation of soccer talent.
