Lance Stroll

Lance Stroll, born on October twenty-ninth, nineteen ninety-eight, is a prominent Canadian racing driver currently competing in Formula One for Aston Martin. Raised in Montreal, he is the son of billionaire businessman Lawrence Stroll, who owns the Aston Martin F1 Team. Stroll's journey in motorsport began at the tender age of ten when he started kart racing, quickly establishing himself by winning several regional and national titles.

In two thousand ten, Stroll joined the Ferrari Driver Academy, marking the beginning of his ascent through the ranks of competitive racing. He made his debut in junior formulae in two thousand fourteen, clinching his first championship title in the Italian F4 Championship with Prema. His success continued as he triumphed in the Toyota Racing Series in two thousand fifteen and dominated the FIA Formula 3 European Championship in two thousand sixteen.

Stroll's impressive performances led him to sign with Williams in two thousand seventeen, where he partnered with Felipe Massa. He made his Formula One debut at the Australian Grand Prix at just eighteen years old, achieving his first podium finish in Azerbaijan, making him the second-youngest driver to do so. His best finish that season was eighth place at the same Grand Prix in two thousand eighteen.

After two seasons with Williams, Stroll joined Racing Point in two thousand nineteen, a team recently acquired by his father. He showcased his talent by finishing fourth at the rain-affected German Grand Prix. In two thousand twenty, he secured his first pole position at the Turkish Grand Prix and added podium finishes at the Italian and Sakhir Grands Prix. Stroll continued with the rebranded Aston Martin in two thousand twenty-one, partnering with Sebastian Vettel for two seasons before teaming up with Fernando Alonso in two thousand twenty-three, where he achieved a career-best tenth place in the World Drivers' Championship.

As of the two thousand twenty-six Japanese Grand Prix, Stroll has recorded one pole position and three podiums in his Formula One career. He is contracted to remain with Aston Martin until at least the end of the two thousand twenty-six season. Beyond Formula One, Stroll has also participated in two editions of the 24 Hours of Daytona in two thousand sixteen and two thousand eighteen.
