Larry Hillman

Larry Hillman, born on February fifth, nineteen thirty-seven, is a distinguished figure in the world of ice hockey, known for his remarkable career as a defenceman and coach. Over the span of twenty-two professional seasons, he became one of the most travelled players in hockey history, showcasing his talent with fifteen different teams.

His professional journey began in the National Hockey League (NHL), where he played from nineteen fifty-five to nineteen seventy-three. Following his time in the NHL, Hillman transitioned to the World Hockey Association (WHA), contributing to the league from nineteen seventy-three until nineteen seventy-six.

Hillman's legacy is further highlighted by his impressive achievement of having his name engraved on the Stanley Cup six times during his playing career. After hanging up his skates, he took on the role of coach, dedicating parts of three seasons to guiding teams in the WHA.
