Lawrence Eagleburger

Bush, serving from December nineteen ninety-two to January nineteen ninety-three, marking one of the shortest terms in modern history.

He served under Presidents Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan in lesser capacities before becoming Deputy Secretary of State to James Baker during the Bush administration.
