Lennox Lewis, born on September second, nineteen sixty-five, is a distinguished British-Canadian boxing commentator and former professional boxer who made his mark in the heavyweight division from nineteen eighty-nine to two thousand three. Renowned for his exceptional skills, Lewis is celebrated as one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time, holding the prestigious title of three-time world champion and two-time lineal champion, as well as the undisputed heavyweight championship.

Lewis's journey began as an amateur, representing Canada at the nineteen eighty-four and nineteen eighty-eight Olympics, where he clinched the super-heavyweight gold medal in the latter. His professional career took off with a series of victories, including regional heavyweight championships such as the European, British, and Commonwealth titles. After an impressive start, he ascended to the number one position in the World Boxing Council (WBC) rankings following a victory over Donovan Ruddock in nineteen ninety-two.

In nineteen ninety-two, Lewis was declared the WBC heavyweight champion after Riddick Bowe vacated the title. He successfully defended his title three times before facing an unexpected setback against Oliver McCall in nineteen ninety-four.
