León Febres Cordero

León Esteban Febres-Cordero Ribadeneyra, born on 9 March 1931, was a prominent figure in Ecuador's political landscape. Known affectionately as LFC, he served as the 35th President of Ecuador from 10 August 1984 to 10 August 1988. His presidency was marked by a commitment to implementing market-oriented reforms aimed at revitalizing the nation's economy.
