Leonardo Conti

Leonardo Conti, born on August twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred, was a prominent physician and politician in Nazi Germany. He held the significant position of Reich Health Leader, where he wielded considerable influence over health policies during a tumultuous period in history.

As an SS-Obergruppenführer, Conti was deeply involved in the planning and execution of the notorious Action T4 program. This initiative led to the systematic murder of hundreds of thousands of individuals, including both adults and children, who suffered from severe mental and physical disabilities. His role in this dark chapter of history marks him as a controversial figure.

Following Germany's surrender on May nineteenth, nineteen forty-five, Conti faced imprisonment. In a tragic turn of events, he chose to take his own life in October of the same year, opting for death over the prospect of trial for his actions.
