Leonid Saar, born on February fifteenth, nineteen thirteen, was a multifaceted athlete from Estonia, excelling in basketball, ice hockey, and football. He represented the Estonia men's national basketball team at the 1936 Summer Olympics, showcasing his talent on an international stage.
His athletic journey began with football, where he played for Tallinna SK Siirius. Saar was instrumental in his team's success, contributing to their victories in the Estonian Cup in both nineteen thirty-eight and nineteen forty-two.
