Leslie Lloyd Odom Jr., born on August 6, 1981, is a multifaceted American talent known for his work as an actor, singer, and songwriter. He made his Broadway debut in 1998, but it was his iconic portrayal of Aaron Burr in the groundbreaking musical Hamilton that catapulted him to fame. This role not only earned him a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical but also a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, solidifying his status in the theater community.

Odom's impressive career extends beyond the stage. He has appeared in notable television series such as Smash (2012–2013) and Person of Interest (2013–2014), and has made his mark in films including Red Tails (2012), Murder on the Orient Express (2017), and Harriet (2019).
