Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Liam Miller

Liam Miller, born on February thirteenth, nineteen eighty-one, was a talented Irish professional footballer whose career spanned over a decade. He began his journey in football with Celtic, where he showcased his skills before being loaned to Aarhus in two thousand one. Miller made a significant impact upon his return to Celtic Park, breaking into the first-team squad during the two thousand three to two thousand four season.

In two thousand four, Miller made a pivotal decision to join Manchester United on a free transfer, taking advantage of the Bosman ruling after rejecting a new contract from Celtic. His time at Manchester United saw him make twenty-two first-team appearances, although he was loaned to Leeds United during the two thousand five to two thousand six season.

From two thousand six until two thousand nine, Miller played for Sunderland, followed by a brief stint at Queens Park Rangers in early two thousand nine. After being released, he joined Hibernian in September of the same year on a free transfer. His career took him to Australia’s A-League in two thousand eleven, where he represented Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar, and Melbourne City.

In two thousand fifteen, Miller returned to his roots by joining Cork City, and a year later, he signed with Wilmington Hammerheads. On the international stage, he proudly represented the Republic of Ireland, making his debut in two thousand four against the Czech Republic. Over the next five years, he earned twenty-one caps and scored one goal for his country. Tragically, Liam Miller passed away from pancreatic cancer in two thousand eighteen.
