Lil Skies

Kimetrius Christopher Foose, widely recognized by his stage name Lil Skies, was born on August 4, 1998, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Emerging from a small town, he has made a significant impact on the music scene as a talented rapper, singer, and songwriter. His journey in the music industry began when he signed with Atlantic Records in 2017, leading to the release of several successful singles, including 'I', 'Nowadays', and 'Red Roses'. These tracks achieved notable positions on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at numbers thirty-nine, fifty-five, and sixty-nine, respectively.

In 2018, Lil Skies released his eighth mixtape and major label debut, 'Life of a Dark Rose', which resonated with audiences and peaked at number ten on the Billboard 200. The mixtape's success was further solidified when it received platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Following this, he continued to build his discography with his debut studio album, 'Shelby', in 2019, which reached number five on the charts, and its follow-up, 'Unbothered', in 2021, peaking at number fifty.
