Linah Mohohlo

Linah Mohohlo, born on February thirteenth, nineteen fifty-two, is a distinguished banker and economist from Botswana. Her remarkable career is highlighted by her tenure as the first female Governor of the Bank of Botswana, a position she held from nineteen ninety-nine to two thousand sixteen. During this time, she played a pivotal role in shaping the country's financial landscape.

In addition to her banking achievements, Mohohlo made history as the first female Chancellor of the University of Botswana, serving from two thousand seventeen to two thousand twenty-one.
