List of kings of the Picts

The list of kings of the Picts is derived from the Pictish Chronicle king lists, which are recognized as late historical documents. These chronicles, however, do not provide specific dates for the reigns of the kings, leading to some ambiguity in the historical record.

Discrepancies exist among the various surviving lists regarding the names of the kings and the durations of their reigns. This inconsistency highlights the challenges historians face when attempting to piece together the lineage and governance of the Pictish people.
