Ljubčo Georgievski

Ljubčo Georgievski, born on January seventeenth, nineteen sixty-six, is a prominent Macedonian politician and writer. He made history as the only Vice President of Macedonia, serving from January to October nineteen ninety-one, and later held the office of Prime Minister from nineteen ninety-eight to two thousand two. His political career is marked by a strong advocacy for the independence of Macedonia.

Georgievski was instrumental in the founding of the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization - Democratic Party for Macedonian National Unity, commonly known as VMRO-DPMNE. He served as the first president of the party from nineteen ninety to two thousand three, shaping its early direction and policies.

In two thousand four, he made a significant decision to split from VMRO-DPMNE, subsequently establishing a new political entity, VMRO-NP. This move reflected his evolving political ideology and commitment to his vision for Macedonia.
