Logan Tom

Logan Tom, born on May 25, 1981, is a distinguished American former indoor and beach volleyball player, currently serving as the head coach of the Israel women's national volleyball team. Her remarkable career is highlighted by her participation in four Olympic Games, where she showcased her skills as an outside hitter.

At just nineteen years old, Logan made history by becoming the youngest woman selected for an American Olympic volleyball team during the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. Her versatility on the court contributed significantly to the stability of the American serve receive and defense, while her offensive capabilities provided a formidable attack and block at the net.

Logan's contributions to the national team from 2000 to 2012 were pivotal, culminating in a silver medal at the 2008 Olympics, where she was also recognized as the Best Scorer. She added another silver medal to her accolades at the 2012 Olympics, further solidifying her legacy in the sport.

In addition to her Olympic success, she was honored as the Most Valuable Player of the 2004 FIVB World Grand Prix. Her exceptional achievements were recognized in October 2021 when she was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame, alongside fellow volleyball greats Clay Stanley and Todd Rogers.
