Lori Melien

Lori Melien, born on May 11, 1972, is a distinguished former competition swimmer from Canada. She made her mark in the swimming world by winning a bronze medal in the women's 4x100-metre medley relay at the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea. This remarkable achievement was a collaborative effort alongside her teammates Andrea Nugent, Allison Higson, and Jane Kerr.

In addition to her Olympic success, Melien showcased her talent in individual events, where she finished twelfth in the 100-metre backstroke and nineteenth in the 200-metre backstroke. These performances highlighted her versatility and skill in the pool, contributing to her reputation as a formidable competitor.
