Lucien Petit-Breton

Lucien Georges Mazan, born on 18 October 1882 in Plessé, Loire-Atlantique, was a remarkable French racing cyclist who made history as the first two-time winner of the prestigious Tour de France. His early life took a significant turn when, at the age of six, he relocated with his family to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he would later adopt Argentine nationality.
