Ludger

Ludger, born around the year seven hundred forty-two, emerged as a pivotal figure in the Christianization of the Germanic tribes, particularly among the Frisians and Saxons. His dedication to the faith and his missionary work earned him the esteemed title of the 'Apostle of Saxony.'
