Luke Wilson, born on September 21, 1971, is a versatile American actor renowned for his collaborations with acclaimed filmmaker Wes Anderson. His notable appearances in Anderson's films, including Bottle Rocket (1996), Rushmore (1998), and The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), have solidified his status in the film industry.
As a prominent member of the Frat Pack, Wilson has showcased his comedic talents in a variety of films such as Bongwater (1997), Old School (2003), and The Wendell Baker Story (2005), the latter of which he co-directed. His filmography also features significant roles in Blue Streak (1999), My Dog Skip (2000), Legally Blonde (2001), and Idiocracy (2006), among others.
