Lyudmila Postnova

Lyudmila Postnova, born on August 11, 1984, is a celebrated former Russian handball player renowned for her exceptional skills and contributions to the sport. She played for HC Astrakhanochka and was a key member of the Russian women's national handball team, where she left an indelible mark.

Throughout her illustrious career, Postnova achieved remarkable success, securing gold medals at three World Women's Handball Championships. Her victories came in 2005 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in 2007 in France, and in 2009 in China, showcasing her talent on the international stage.
