M. Night Shyamalan

Manoj Nelliyattu "M. Night" Shyamalan, born on August 6, 1970, in Mahé, India, is a prominent American filmmaker known for his unique storytelling style that often incorporates supernatural elements and unexpected plot twists. Raised in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania, Shyamalan's journey in cinema began with early works such as Praying with Anger in 1992 and Wide Awake in 1998. However, it was his groundbreaking film The Sixth Sense in 1999 that catapulted him to international fame, earning him Academy Award nominations for both Best Director and Best Original Screenplay.

Following the success of The Sixth Sense, Shyamalan continued to captivate audiences with films like Unbreakable in 2000, Signs in 2002, and The Village in 2004.
