Mairis Briedis

Mairis Briedis, born on January thirteenth, nineteen eighty-five, is a distinguished Latvian former professional boxer, kickboxer, and police officer. His boxing career spanned from two thousand nine to two thousand twenty-four, during which he established himself as a formidable force in the cruiserweight division.

Throughout his career, Briedis achieved remarkable success, becoming a three-time world champion. He held the IBF and Ring titles from two thousand twenty to two thousand twenty-two, the WBC title from two thousand seventeen to two thousand eighteen, and the WBO title in two thousand nineteen. His victory in two thousand seventeen marked a historic moment, as he became the first Latvian to secure a world boxing title.
