Throughout her career, Savić represented the national teams of FR Yugoslavia and Serbia and Montenegro, showcasing her talent on the international stage. A highlight of her career came during the two thousand one World Women's Handball Championship, where she played a pivotal role in leading Yugoslavia to a bronze medal.
