Additionally, she acted as Press Spokeswoman for both cabinets in two thousand fourteen and two thousand fifteen, showcasing her versatility and commitment to public service.

In the two thousand nineteen Polish parliamentary election, Kidawa-Błońska was the Civic Platform nominee for Prime Minister, although she was ultimately defeated by the incumbent, Mateusz Morawiecki of the Law and Justice party. Later that year, she was selected as the Civic Platform's candidate for the Presidency of Poland in the two thousand twenty presidential election, but she resigned from her candidacy on May fifteenth, two thousand twenty.
