Marc Ouellet

Marc Ouellet, born on June eighth, nineteen forty-four, is a distinguished Canadian Catholic prelate whose influence has spanned several decades. He served as the prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops and president of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America from two thousand ten to two thousand twenty-three.
