Marianne Vos

Marianne Vos, born on May 13, 1987, is a remarkable Dutch cyclist who excels across multiple disciplines, including cyclo-cross, track cycling, and road racing. Currently riding for the UCI Women's WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike, Vos has established herself as a dominant force in the cycling world from a young age.

Her journey to greatness began with triumphs in junior competitions, where she clinched both European and World Championships in road racing. At just nineteen, she became a World Champion in both cyclo-cross and road racing, setting the stage for an illustrious career. Vos's prowess continued to shine as she secured World Championships in track racing, winning the points race in 2008 and the scratch race in 2011.

Vos's Olympic achievements are equally impressive, having won gold medals in the points race at the 2008 Summer Olympics and in the women's road race at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Her accolades include three World Road Race Championships in 2006, 2012, and 2013, alongside an astounding eight World Cyclo-cross Championships spanning from 2006 to 2022.
