Marie-Jade Lauriault

Marie-Jade Lauriault, born on November tenth, nineteen ninety-six, is a talented ice dancer who proudly represents Canada. She has made significant strides in her career alongside her partner and husband, Romain Le Gac. Together, they achieved remarkable success, including a bronze medal at the 2022 Skate America and multiple accolades in the Challenger Series and Canadian national competitions.

Initially, Lauriault and Le Gac represented France after partnering in two thousand fourteen. During their time as French athletes, they earned the title of four-time national silver medallists from two thousand fifteen to two thousand nineteen, as well as four Challenger Series medals. Their impressive journey also included winning the French junior national championship in two thousand sixteen and competing at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

In the summer of two thousand twenty-one, Lauriault and Le Gac made the pivotal decision to switch their representation to Canada.
