Marie-Josée Gilbeau-Ouimet

Marie-Josée Gilbeau-Ouimet, born on November second, nineteen seventy-two, is a distinguished Canadian sprint kayaker whose athletic prowess shone brightly from the early nineteen nineties to the early two thousands.

Throughout her illustrious career, Gilbeau-Ouimet achieved remarkable success at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, securing a total of four medals. Her impressive haul includes three gold medals in the K-2 200 m event in nineteen ninety-five and nineteen ninety-eight, as well as a gold in the K-4 200 m event in nineteen ninety-five. Additionally, she earned a silver medal in the K-4 200 m event in nineteen ninety-seven.
