Mariya Muzychuk

Mariya Muzychuk, born on September twenty-first, nineteen ninety-two, is a distinguished Ukrainian chess grandmaster who made her mark as the women's world chess champion from April two thousand fifteen to March two thousand sixteen.

Her impressive career includes being a two-time women's champion of Ukraine, clinching the title in two thousand twelve and two thousand thirteen. Muzychuk has also contributed to her national team's success, becoming a World Team and European Team champion with Ukraine in two thousand thirteen.

In addition to her individual accolades, Muzychuk has showcased her talent on the international stage at the Women's Chess Olympiad. She has earned multiple medals, including gold in two thousand twenty-two, silver in two thousand eighteen, and bronze in two thousand twelve, two thousand fourteen, and two thousand sixteen.
