Mariya Stadnik

Mariya Stadnik, born on December third, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished retired wrestler who has made significant contributions to the sport. Originally hailing from Ukraine, she later represented Azerbaijan, showcasing her exceptional talent on the international stage.

Throughout her illustrious career, Stadnik has achieved remarkable success, securing four Olympic medals, which highlight her prowess and dedication to wrestling. In addition to her Olympic achievements, she has also claimed two World Championship titles and an impressive ten European Championship victories, solidifying her status as one of the sport's elite athletes.

After retiring from competitive wrestling, Mariya transitioned into coaching, taking on the role of senior coach for Azerbaijan's U-15 and U-17 national wrestling teams. Her experience and knowledge continue to inspire the next generation of wrestlers, ensuring that her legacy endures in the sport.
