Marshmello

Christopher Comstock, born on May 19, 1992, is an acclaimed American DJ and record producer, widely recognized by his stage name Marshmello. He first made waves in the music industry in 2015, gaining attention for his remixes and original tracks. His unique sound, characterized by groove-oriented, synth and bass-heavy electronic dance music, quickly captivated audiences around the world.

Marshmello's rise to fame was marked by a series of successful singles, including the chart-topping collaborations "Silence" featuring Khalid, "Wolves" with Selena Gomez, and "Friends" alongside Anne-Marie. His debut studio album, Joytime, released in 2016, featured the hit single "Alone," which peaked at number 28 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and achieved quintuple platinum certification from the RIAA.

In 2018, Marshmello continued to solidify his place in the music scene with the release of his second album, Joytime II, and the immensely popular single "Happier" with Bastille, which became his highest-charting song, reaching number two on the Billboard Hot 100. His collaborations and innovative sound have earned him significant accolades, including a Grammy nomination for his fourth album, Shockwave, in 2021.

Known for his signature white helmet resembling a marshmallow, Marshmello's identity was initially a mystery, but it was confirmed to be Comstock by Forbes in April 2017. Beyond his solo career, he also founded the pop-punk band Underbrook, where he serves as the lead vocalist, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
