Martha Fleming

Martha Fleming, born in nineteen fifty-eight, is a distinguished museum professional and academic whose work spans the fields of history of science, museology, and the history of collections. Since nineteen ninety-six, she has made her home in the United Kingdom, where she has held various research, teaching, and leadership roles in both museums and universities.

Before her move to London, Martha spent a significant period in Montreal, Québec, from nineteen eighty-one to nineteen ninety-six. Her international experience also includes positions in university museums and collections in Denmark and Germany, enriching her perspective on the global landscape of museology.
