Massoud Rajavi

Massoud Rajavi, born on August eighteenth, nineteen forty-eight, is a prominent Iranian politician and revolutionary figure. He rose to prominence as the leader of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (MEK) in nineteen seventy-nine, a pivotal moment in the Iranian political landscape following the revolution.

In nineteen eighty-one, Rajavi further solidified his influence by becoming the head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). His leadership during this tumultuous period was marked by a commitment to opposing the Iranian regime and advocating for democratic change.

However, in the lead-up to the two thousand three invasion of Iraq, Rajavi mysteriously disappeared, leaving behind a significant political legacy. His wife, Maryam Rajavi, stepped into the spotlight as the public face of the MEK, continuing the fight for their shared vision of a free Iran.
