Masumeh Makhija

Masumeh Makhija, born on the tenth of October in nineteen eighty-four, is a talented Canadian actress and model who has made a significant mark in the Indian film industry. Hailing from a prominent Indian film family, she was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her lineage includes her grandfather Parananand, a pioneering distributor, and her mother Jayshree, along with her uncle Gul Anand, both of whom are well-known producers associated with films like Chashme Buddoor and Khatta Meetha.

Masumeh began her career as a child artist, showcasing her talent in commercials and television shows such as Thoda Hai Thoda Ki Zaroorat Hai and Banegi Apni Baat. She made her film debut with the movie Chupke Se, directed by Shona Urvashi, and has since appeared in various films, including the critically acclaimed Maqbool, an adaptation of Macbeth by Vishal Bhardwaj.
