Matjaž Debelak

Matjaž Debelak, born on August twenty-seventh, nineteen sixty-five, is a distinguished former ski jumper from Slovenia who represented Yugoslavia in international competitions from nineteen eighty-six to nineteen ninety.

Debelak's athletic prowess shone brightly at the 1988 Winter Olympics, where he achieved remarkable success. He secured a silver medal in the team large hill event and a bronze medal in the individual large hill event, marking a pinnacle in his sporting career.

In addition to his Olympic achievements, Debelak also made his mark at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, where his best performance was a sixth-place finish in the individual normal hill event in nineteen eighty-nine.
