Matt Riddle

Matt Riddle, born on January fourteenth, nineteen eighty-six, is a prominent American professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist. He is currently signed to Major League Wrestling (MLW) and frequently appears on the independent wrestling circuit. Riddle gained significant recognition during his time in WWE, where he showcased his unique persona and athletic prowess.

Riddle's journey in mixed martial arts began in two thousand eight, culminating in a successful career that lasted until two thousand fourteen. He first captured public attention by participating in SpikeTV's The Ultimate Fighter 7 and later achieved a four-fight winning streak in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). However, his career faced a setback when he was released from the UFC in February two thousand thirteen after testing positive for marijuana for the second time. Throughout his MMA career, Riddle compiled a record of eight wins and three losses.

Transitioning to professional wrestling in two thousand fourteen, Riddle trained at the Monster Factory and made his debut in February two thousand fifteen. His talent quickly shone through, earning him accolades such as Rookie of the Year and Most Improved Wrestler in two thousand sixteen from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Over the next few years, he made a name for himself on the independent circuit, wrestling for various promotions and capturing multiple championships, including the Evolve Championship and the PWG World Tag Team Championship.

In July two thousand eighteen, Riddle signed with WWE, where he adopted the persona of a carefree, barefoot surfer. He began his career in the NXT brand, where he became a one-time NXT Tag Team Champion alongside Pete Dunne as part of the duo known as The BroserWeights. Riddle was promoted to the main roster in May two thousand twenty, winning the United States Championship in February two thousand twenty-one. He later formed a successful tag team with Randy Orton, known as RK-Bro, capturing the Raw Tag Team Championship twice. Following Orton's injury in May two thousand twenty-two, Riddle continued as a singles competitor until his release from WWE in September two thousand twenty-three.
