Maximilian II Emanuel, born on July 11, 1662, in Munich, was a prominent figure in the Wittelsbach dynasty, serving as the ruler of Bavaria and a prince-elector of the Holy Roman Empire. His lineage traced back to Ferdinand Maria, Elector of Bavaria, and Princess Henriette Adelaide of Savoy, which positioned him within a powerful aristocratic family.
