Meb Keflezighi

Meb Keflezighi, born on May fifth, nineteen seventy-five, is a distinguished retired American long-distance runner known for his remarkable achievements in marathon racing. He gained international recognition as the silver medalist in the marathon at the 2004 Olympic Games and showcased his tenacity by finishing fourth in the 2012 Summer Olympics.

His illustrious career includes winning the prestigious New York City Marathon on November first, two thousand nine, and the Boston Marathon on April twenty-first, two thousand fourteen. With these victories, he became the first American man to triumph in both races since the early eighties, marking a significant milestone in American marathon history.
