At the age of nineteen, Meher Baba embarked on a profound seven-year journey of spiritual transformation. During this transformative period, he encountered several revered spiritual figures, including Hazrat Babajan, Upasni Maharaj, Sai Baba of Shirdi, Tajuddin Baba, and Narayan Maharaj. These experiences significantly shaped his spiritual philosophy and teachings.
In nineteen twenty-five, Meher Baba entered a remarkable forty-four-year period of silence, during which he initially communicated through an alphabet board. By nineteen fifty-four, he had transitioned to conveying his messages entirely through hand gestures, utilizing an interpreter to facilitate communication. Meher Baba passed away on January thirty-first, nineteen sixty-nine, and was entombed at Meherabad. His tomb, known as
