Michael Wiwchar

Michael Wiwchar, born on May ninth, nineteen thirty-two, is a distinguished Greek-Catholic priest who has made significant contributions to the Catholic Church in North America. His journey in the clergy has been marked by a deep commitment to his faith and community.

Wiwchar served as the third eparch of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saint Nicholas of Chicago from nineteen ninety-three to two thousand. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in fostering spiritual growth and community engagement within the eparchy.

Following his impactful service in Chicago, he became the fourth eparch of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon, where he served from two thousand to two thousand eight.
