Michael Zigomanis

Michael Zigomanis, born on January seventeenth, nineteen eighty-one, is a former professional ice hockey centre hailing from North York, Ontario. Although he was born in North York, he spent his formative years in Markham, Ontario, where his passion for the sport began to flourish.

Zigomanis's journey in the NHL was marked by two drafts. Initially, he was selected sixty-fourth overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the nineteen ninety-nine NHL entry draft. However, he did not sign with the team and chose to re-enter the draft.

In the two thousand one NHL entry draft, Zigomanis's talent was recognized once again, and he was chosen forty-sixth overall by the Carolina Hurricanes. This marked the beginning of his professional career in the league, where he showcased his skills and dedication to the game.
